Marshalls

 In a normal world, people could count Marshalls to deliver one wow after another, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, people were deprived of that feeling of feel-good discovery. We wanted to bring some of that joy and surprise to our fans’ feeds with a program called Share Wow, Get Wow. We rewarded shoppers who shared their Marshalls finds on social with unexpected, one-of-a-kind experiences designed to inspire even more discovery.

For our launch moment, we selected a Marshalls shopper who posted her kitchen finds on social and surprised her with a curated experience inspired by her in-store find: a one-on-one Zoom cooking session with Giada De Laurentiis.

Our launch moment prompted Marshalls fans to share their own favorite Marshalls finds on social for a chance to win similar experiences (think one-on-one beauty tutorials and workout sessions) with tier 2 and 3 influencers or curated boxes of Marshalls merchandise selected especially for them.
